“Windmill Warriors”

20”x24” encaustic, 2020 February. This piece is about delirium. Don Quixote and Sancho Panza are preparing for the battle against the imagined giant enemy, who in reality was just a windmill. In this piece, a wood button was used to make the “giant’s” face three-dimensional.
